Abstract
Improving the high-level opening-up system and mechanism is an important requirement of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,and steadily promoting the high-level opening-up of China-ASEAN vocational education is an important way to deepen the China-ASEAN community of common destiny and the"Belt and Road"initiative.In theory,the high-level opening-up between China and ASEAN vocational education is an important way to help the overall situation of national diplomacy,an inevitable choice to build a powerful vocational education country,and an important means to enhance the international influence of China's vocational education.In practice,it is necessary to take improving the integration policy system as the logical premise,creating a high-quality opening-up platform to the outside world as the foundation,building a diverse and collaborative education community as the core task,and building an integrated China-ASEAN vocational education opening-up system to the outside world.Therefore,the realization of China-ASEAN vocational education to further open to the outside world at a high-level needs to base on the system thinking and build an institutional policy system of China-ASEAN vocational education cooperation;optimize the construction of international platform,and steadily expand the new field of China-ASEAN vocational education cooperation;pay attention to ecological shaping,and build an open and collaborative ecological circle of China-ASEAN vocational education cooperation.关键词
