The Logical Paths,Practical Obstacles and Practical Directions of Vocational Education Empowering the Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas in Counties

Abstract
Vocational education and the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties are based on the comprehensive development of human beings.Vocational education relies on the cultivation of skilled talents,the integration of science and education,public service supply,educational practices,and open cooperative education to empower the flow of urban and rural factors,industrial integration,social equity,cultural integration,and governance synergy in counties.In the context of accelerating the construction of a new development pattern,it is necessary to focus on the current obstacles of vocational education in talent cultivation,technological innovation,resources allocation,cultural dissemination,and open cooperation,in order to give full play to the empowering role of vocational education in the integrated development of urban and rural areas in counties.The directions are to improve the education system,deepen the integration of science and education,optimize resources allocation,construct cultural fields,create an open pattern,and promote the multi-dimensional integration of talents,industries,services,culture and governance in counties.关键词
