河北省农业高质量发展时空演变格局及障碍因子诊断研究
Spatio-temporal evolution pattern and obstacle diagnosis of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei Province

Abstract
Promoting high-quality agricultural development is of great significance for accelerating the construction of an agricul-tural powerhouse.This study took 11 cities in Hebei Province as research objects,and constructed an evaluation system for the high-quality development of urban agriculture from five aspects:supply guarantee development,management development,quality and effi-ciency development,Environmentally-friendly development,and rural life development.The improved CRITIC weighted multi index comprehensive evaluation model,Theil index,kernel density estimation,and obstacle factor diagnostic model were used to measure and analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of the high-quality development level of agriculture in various cities in Hebei Province from 2010 to 2020,and finally explored the main obstacle factors.The results showed that:①From 2010 to 2020,the level of high-quality agricul-tural development in Hebei Province increased by 13.79％,with an average annual increase of 1.30％,showing a fluctuating growth trend as a whole.②The level of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei Province showed significant spatial imbalance,with the best in the east,the second in the north,and the worst in the central and southern regions.Differences between regions were the main source of total regional differences.In terms of municipal space,the high-quality development of agriculture in each city presented a distribution pattern with Tangshan and Shijiazhuang as the dual core agglomerations.③The main obstacle factors affecting the improve-ment of the current level of high-quality agricultural development in Hebei Province were the rate of agricultural socialized service,the contribution rate of agricultural scientific and technological progress,the rate of soil erosion control,the scale of animal husbandry indus-try and the level of aquatic product production.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposed suggestions to promote the high-quality development of agriculture in Hebei Province by leveraging its geographical advantages,promoting coordinated development,im-proving innovation systems,strengthening scientific and technological services,improving support systems,and extending industrial chains.关键词
