卟啉基共价有机框架纳米粒的合成及光动力治疗研究
Synthesis of porphyrin-based covalent organic frameworks nanoparticles for photodynamic therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To synthesize porphyrin based covalent organic frameworks nanocarriers and explore their photodynamic therapy performance.Methods COFs were synthesized by solvothermal method.By adjusting the amount of catalyst,reaction temperature and reaction time in the reaction system,the synthesis conditions were optimized and the size of COFs was adjusted.The optimized COFs nanoparticles were characterized and the structures were determined.The cytocompatibility and photodynamic therapy properties of the synthesized nanop-articles were studied.Results All the nanoparticles exhibited good cell biocompatibility and killing effect for cancer cells under irradiation of 655 nm laser.Under the synthesis condition of 0.25 ml catalyst,120 ℃ reaction temperature and 48 h reaction duration,the nanoparticles indicated more uniform,smallest particle size,excel-lent cytocompatibility and photodynamic therapy properties.Conclusion COFs nanoparticles were obtained by adjusting the preparation conditions successfully.MTT and photodynamic experiments showed that the nanoparti-cles possess good antitumor properties.关键词
