为优化社区卫生服务中心布局,提供更契合居民需求的基层医疗服务,以天津市主城区102个社区卫生服务中心为研究对象,分析社区卫生服务中心就诊人群的空间分布特征及影响要素。结果表明:社区卫生服务中心覆盖率呈从中心向环城逐次降低的分布特征,与覆盖率分布不同,就诊人群空间分布呈“中-高-低”空间分布特征。其次,居住小区数量密度、路网密度、公交站点密度、街区的人口密度、老龄化水平、社区卫生服务中心的医务人员数量、设备水平和建筑面积都与就诊量呈显著正相关。最后…More>>
