头针联合自我调节学习对脑卒中患者泛化能力的影响
Effects of Combined Scalp Acupuncture and Self-regulatory Learning on Improving Task Generalization for Post-stroke Patients

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of scalp acupuncture combined with self-regulation training(SR)for generalization ability in patients with stroke.Methods:67 stroke patients were randomly allocated into one of three groups:scalp acupuncture combined with SR group(n=22),SR group(n=22),and conventional training group(n=23),they received a two-week intervention.Outcome measures were done before and after inter-vention:generalization ability was measured by performance of six untrained tasks and six trained tasks,cognitive function was assessed by neurobe-havioral cognitive status exam(NCSE),Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)for motor impairment of upper extremity and lower extremity and balance function,and modified Barthel index(MBI)for activities of daily living.Results:After 2-week intervention,performance scores in 5 untrained tasks(including hang laundry,go to canteen,cooking and steaming fish,see doctor,fry vegetable with meat)in scalp acupuncture combined with SR group were significantly better than those in conventional training group(P＜0.05).Scalp acupuncture combined with SR group had higher scores in hang laundry and see a doctor compared to SR group(P＜0.05).performance scores of 4 trained tasks(including preparing fruits,taking a taxi,washing dishes and making bed)in scalp acupuncture combined with SR group were better than those in conventional training group(P＜0.05).Participants in Scalp acupuncture combined with SR group performed better well in NCSE repetition,memory,structural ability,judgement after intervention than those allocated to conventional training group(P＜0.05).Compared with participants in Scalp acupuncture combined with SR group,SR training and conventional training patients had less upper limb motor score on FMA after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The scalp acupuncture combined with SR training had a synergistic effect,which can effectively improve the cognitive function in patients with stroke.The scalp acupuncture com-bined with SR training was potentially effective in enhancing generalization after a stroke.关键词
