浮针联合物理疗法治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效观察
Clinical Efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with Physiotherapy in the Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Nerve Palsy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with physiotherapy on patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy.Methods:40 patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into 20 patients in the control group and 20 patients in the combined group by randomized table method.Both groups of patients were given conven-tional drug treatment,and the combined group was treated with Fu's Subcutaneous Needling combined with physical therapy,while the control group was treated with physical therapy.The patients in the two groups were compared with each other in terms of Portmann score before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,facial nerve compound muscle action potential(CAMP)wave amplitude,transient reflex Rl latency,and clinical ef-ficacy of the patients before and after 4 weeks of treatment by facial nerve electromyography.Results:At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the Portmann scores of patients in both groups were higher than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the Portmann scores of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,CMAP wave amplitude of both groups was higher than before treatment,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);R1 latency of both groups was lower than before treatment,and R1 latency of the com-bined group was shorter than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling therapy on the basis of conventional medication and physical therapy in patients with idiopathic facial nerve palsy can significantly improve the function of the facial nerve and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
