醒脑开窍针法联合手足三阴经推拿治疗中风后痉挛性瘫痪临床研究
Clinical Observation of XingNao KaiQiao Acupuncture Combined with Three Yin Meridians of Hand-Foot Massage for Spastic Hemiplegia after Stroke

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with three Yin meridians of hand-foot massage for spastic hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A total of 120 patients of post-stroke hemiplegia were divided into control group(n=60)and treatment group(n=60)according to the prospective cohort study.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the treatment group was addi-tionally treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with three Yin meridians of hand-foot massage based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were observed with Modified Ashworth scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA),clinical spasticity index(CSI),and clinic nervous functional deficiency(CNFD)were compared between the two groups before treatment,after treatment and at the follow-up.Re-sults:After treatment and at follow-up,the FMA score,MAS score,CSI score,and CNFD score of the observation group improved better than those of the control group(P＜0.05);no significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups of patients.Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiq-iao acupuncture combined with three Yin meridians of hand-foot massage has a definite curative effect on spastic hemiplegia after stroke,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve the state of limb spasm,and improve the limb movement function.What's more,the long-term follow-up effect is better than the simple rehabilitation training,with a significant curative effect and high safety.关键词
