针灸治疗肠易激综合征负性情绪的作用机制探讨

摘要
Abstract
Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)is a common functional disorder of the digestive system.In addition to changes in physical symptoms,irri-table bowel syndrome(IBS)has become increasingly prominent.Acupuncture and moxibustion has significant curative effect on IBS,and its mecha-nism of action involves various aspects.This paper summarizes the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on IBS emotional disorder from the perspective of intestinal inflammation,intestinal flora,visceral sensitivity and brain-gut axis by summarizing relevant literature,and provides certain basis for clinical treatment.关键词
