基于CiteSpace探讨近10年经皮穴位电刺激国内外的研究热点及前沿趋势
Exploring the Research Hotspots and Frontier Trends of Transcutaneous Electrical Acupoint Stimulation in Past Decade Both Domestically and Internationally Based on CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective:To explore the present situation,hot spots and possible future trends of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation(Teas)in the medical field in past decade both domestically and internationally by bibliometrics method.Methods:Searched CNKI and WOS databases for rel-evant articles on transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation from January 2013 to November 2022,and used CiteSpace5.7.R2 software was used to analyze the literatures of authors,institutions and keywords.Results:243 Chinese and 1146 English articles were included respectively,the num-ber of English articles was on the rise and was significantly higher than that in Chinese.Zhu Junchao is the author of the largest number of Chinese-language articles,forming the main team represented by Zhu Junchao,Yang Yanchao and Teng Xiufei,while V Reggie Edgerton is the author of the largest number of English-language articles,form a core team represented by authors such as V Reggie Edgerton,Yury P Gerasimenko,Dimitry G Sayenko,etc.The top institutions at home and abroad were Sheng Jing Hospital anesthesiology and the University of California,Los Angeles.Anal-gesia is the research focus of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation at home and abroad,but more attention is paid abroad.Stimulating Nei-guan acupoint,relieving postoperative nausea and vomiting,nerve regulation and so on may be the frontier trends in this field in the future.Conclu-sion:The Chinese literature on transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation is mainly clinical application research,and the application scope is rela-tively limited,so we can use the research direction of foreign literature for reference,and carry out the research on the mechanism of action and nerve regulation,to promote technical innovation and high-quality research of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation,and provide evidence-based guide for the application of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation in our country.关键词
