艾灸八髎穴区痧点治疗高龄肾虚血瘀证D0R的临床研究
Study on Moxibustion at Sha Point in Baliao Point Area for DOR of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in Late Childbearing Age Females

Abstract
Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of moxibustion at Sha point in Baliao point area combined with hormone therapy and simple hormone therapy on diminished ovarian reserve(DOR)of Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome in late childbearing age females.Methods:Sixty-four DOR patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=32)and control group(n=32),the observation group received moxibus-tion at Sha point in Baliao point area combined with hormone cycle therapy,with moxibustion lasting for 1 hour each time,treated 3 times a week,and stopped during menstruation;while control group received simple hormone cycle therapy.Both groups took one menstrual cycle as one course of treatment,and after three courses of treatment,the changes in follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2),anti Mul-lerian hormone(AMH),FSH/LH ratio,TCM syndrome scores,and HAMD and HAMA scores were observed before and after treatment.Results:Af-ter treatment,the serum FSH,LH,FSH/LH,TCM syndrome score,HAMD,HAMA were significantly reduced in both groups,while serum E2 and AMH were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Moreover,the serum FSH,LH,FSH/LH,TCM syndrome score,HAMD,HAMA scores in observation group were lower than those in control group,while serum E2 and AMH were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The combination of moxibustion at Sha point in Baliao point area and hormone cycle therapy in the treatment of diminished ovar-ian reserve of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in late childbearing age females is superior to simple hormone cycle therapy in improving sexual hormones,related symptoms,and emotions.关键词
