Abstract
Objective:To observe the rehabilitation effect of cognition-motor dual task training on a case of Wernicke's encephalopathy.Methods:A patient with Wernicke's encephalopathy was collected and treated with cognition-motor dual task training for 2 weeks.The cognitive function,motor function,balance function,activities of daily living and walking function were evaluated before treatment,1 week after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the Berg scale score,mini-Mental State Examination scale score,motor function rating scale score,functional independence scale score were significantly improved,Holden walking function level increased.Conclusion:Cognition-dual task training can improve the cognitive and balance function,promote the reconstruction of lower limb walking and motor function,and enhance the ability of social participation in patients with Wernicke's encephalopathy.关键词
