Research Progress on Exercise-Regulated Cytokines Improving Cognitive Function after Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
Regular exercise has been shown to improve cognitive function,and studies on animals and humans have demonstrated that exercise can improve cognitive dysfunction following ischemic stroke.Exercise has been found to regulate various cytokines,and inhibiting certain cytokines can counteract the beneficial effects of exercise.Researchers are particularly interested in these key cytokines.Animal studies have proposed signaling pathways and mechanisms that may be related to these cytokines,providing a theoretical basis for the beneficial effects of exercise on cognitive func-tion after ischemic stroke.This paper analyzes the potential cytokines that are closely related to the beneficial effects of exercise in improving cogni-tive function after ischemic stroke,explores the underlying mechanisms,and identifies the main signaling pathways that are regulated.These findings provide a theoretical foundation for using exercise as a motor rehabilitation strategy to improve cognitive dysfunction after ischemic stroke.关键词
