Abstract
In accordance with the Ministry of Water Resources'requirements for constructing a modern reservoir operation management matrix,a pilot matrix construction project was carried out at Miyun Reser-voir.The project identified and addressed shortcomings and weaknesses from the perspectives of"four alls"management,"four systems"framework,"four pre"measures,and"four managements"tasks.An overall strategy was established based on principles of systematic integration,compatibility,advancement,and sharing.The construction content was clarified with a focus on improving sensing facilities,acquiring basic information,developing system plans,establishing data models,and developing application plat-forms.The primary goals were to ensure the safe operation of the reservoir,fully realize its benefits,and enhance management quality and efficiency.The expected outcomes were analyzed.The considerations and prospects were proposed for developing new matrix interfaces,training versatile talents,and advanc-ing new productivity.关键词
