Abstract
To investigate the structural characteristics of phytoplankton communities in rivers replen-ished with reclaimed water and their relationships with environmental factors,a monitoring and analysis of phytoplankton and water quality was conducted in the upstream,midstream,and downstream reaches of Qinghe River from March to November 2021.The results indicated that the annual average values of the main water quality indicators in Qinghe River were superior to the Class Ⅳ standard limits for surface wa-ter,with the maximum values meeting the Class Ⅴ standard,suggesting nitrogen-rich water bodies.The annual average biomass of phytoplankton was 1.427 g/L,with diatoms accounting for 61.5%of the species composition.The succession characteristics of dominant functional groups of phytoplankton in different seasons revealed that Qinghe River was a nutrient-rich shallow water body.In spring,the water was rela-tively turbid,while in summer,the biomass of filamentous cyanobacteria adapted to dark environments in-creased.In autumn and winter,skeletonema costatum became the absolutely dominant species.The suc-cession of phytoplankton species was influenced by multiple factors,with NH3-N and V being the key wa-ter environmental factors for the functional groups of phytoplankton in summer.关键词
