叠合板钢筋网片柔性生产线控制系统研究
Research on control system of flexible production line of laminated plate reinforced steel mesh
摘要
Abstract
To address the low debugging efficiency in the production process of laminated plate steel mesh,this paper proposes a set of flexible production lines for laminated plate steel mesh applicable in the field of assembled construction to realize the flexible production of mesh by flexibly adjusting the spacing of mesh.To solve the controller allocation problem in the flexible production line of laminated plate steel mesh,a multi-objective optimization model is built,integrating installation space,network transmission distance and manufacturing cost.A multi-objective genetic algorithm with enhanced elite retention is applied to solve the model.Our calculation results show the optimized scheme effectively reduces the cost and ensures the network transmission,providing a theoretical basis for designing a set of production line control system with convenient installation,stable transmission and low cost.关键词
