电气化铁路钢轨消磁系统的设计及试验研究
Design and experimental study of demagnetisation system for electrified railway rails
摘要
Abstract
To eliminate abnormal remanence of the rail,the permanent magnet demagnetization method is adopted according to the railway working environment.The mechanism of the permanent magnet de-magnetization method is sorted out,a permanent magnet demagnetization array for rails is designed,and the reliability of the demagnetization array is verified through simulation and testing.Based on the de-magnetization array,the rail structure and the railway environment,a permanent magnet demagnetization device for steel rails is developed and a functional verification test is conducted.Our test results show the permanent magnet demagnetization device reduces the magnetic field on the rail surface from 100 Gs to within 5 Gs,lower than the induction threshold of 36 Gs for locomotive inductors,proving the effectiveness of the demagnetization.关键词
