Studies on Application of'Promote learning through competition'Mode in Plant Tissue Culture Course

Abstract
In order to efficiently train practical personnel in the field of plant tissue culture,teaching reform on'Promote learning through competition'mode was introduced into plant tissue culture course for major of bioengineering and horticulture that is intended to enhance students'innovation ability and provide practical examples for other courses and then promote innovation and development of education system.The paper expounded teaching reform mode,measures and effects.Teaching reform mode included development of course knowledge points,guidance and design of competition,guiding students to inspire innovative thinking and practical abilities by diversified learning methods and development of dynamic assessment mechanism.Teaching reform measures included position of teaching content,design of experiment and optimization of assessment methods.Eventually,'Promote learning through competition'mode has made significant achievements in practice of plant tissue culture course.关键词
