Study on the Effect of Different Cultivation Conditions on the Yield of Stropharia rugosoannulata in Factory Cultivation

Abstract
[Objective]In order to explore the factory cultivation method of Stropharia rugosoannulata,optimize the conditions of factory cultivation,guide the factory cultivation in enterprises,improve economic benefits,and realize the annual production.[Method]In the mushroom room with intelligent equipment to control temperature and humidity,light,ventilation and other environmental factors,different cultivation modes,different soil covering time and different low temperature stimulation experiments were carried out to compare the fruiting time,the first-class mushroom yield and the total yield.[Result]In different cultivation modes,the fruiting time under bed cultivation mode was earlier than that under frame cultivation mode.The yield of the first-class mushroom under bed cultivation mode was the highest,and the total yield was higher than that under frame cultivation mode.In different soil covering time,fruiting time was the earliest immediately after sowing while fruiting time was the latest at the seventh day after the mycelium was full,indicating that the earlier the soil was covered,the earlier the fruiting time was.Moreover,the yield of first-class mushroom and total yield were the highest after the mycelium was full.Under different low temperature stimulation conditions,4℃stimulation could resulting in the earliest fruiting time and the highest first-class mushroom yield,total yield,and biological conversion rate when mycelium was full and into fruiting period.[Conclusion]Factors such as cultivation mode,soil covering time and low temperature stimulation have important influence on the industrial production of S.rugosoannulata.The research results preliminarily summarized the technical parameters of the industrial production of S.rugosoannulata,which provides a basis for guiding enterprises to carry out industrial cultivation of S.rugosoannulata.关键词
