基于废棉再生的碳微球/气凝胶光热复合材料的制备及性能
Preparation and characteristics of carbon microspheres/aerogel photothermal composites derived from waste cotton regeneration

Abstract
In view of the shortage of fresh water resources and the difficulty of high-value treatment of waste cotton fabric,carbon microspheres were prepared by hydrothermal method using waste cotton fiber as raw material,and cellulose hydrogels were prepared by dissolving cotton fibers in sodium hydroxide/urea system.Carbon microspheres were added to the hydrogels and mixed uniformly,and a regenerative cellulose aerogel-based interfacial evaporator(AER),which uses carbon microspheres as photothermal conversion material,was obtained after freeze-drying.Evaporation experiments were carried out on the materials prepared with different cellulose and carbon microsphere con-tents,respectively,to analyze the effects of parameters on the performance of AER.The results show that the water evaporation rate of AER reaches the highest of 1.58 kg·m-2·h-1 and the photothermal conversion efficiency reaches 85.85%when the mass fractions of cel-lulose and car-bon microspheres are 2%and 0.2%,respectively.关键词
