高职助产专业建设与育人质量提升的策略研究
A strategic study on the construction of midwifery specialty and the improvement of education quality in higher vocational colleges
摘要
Abstract
With the implementation of the three-child policy and increasing demand for health service,the need for high-quality midwifery professionals has increased significantly,and midwifery professionals have become urgent needed specialized talents in the medical and health fields.This study analyzes the current development and construction status of midwifery major in various aspects,and focuses on the strategies for the construction of midwifery major in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of the quality of education,so as to upgrade the construction of midwifery major,improve the quality of education,promote the employment opportunities for students,meet the lifelong development needs and address the social demand for midwifery services,thereby supporting regional economic development and national strategies.关键词
