1+X证书制度下高职药物制剂课程改革实践研究
A practical study on the course reform of Pharmaceutical Preparation in higher vocational education under the"1+X"certificate system

Abstract
Objective To deepen the reform of"Three-Educaiton"system and explore the curriculum reform of Pharmaceutical Preparation course under the"1+X"certificate system.Methods Pharmaceutical students of Guangdong Lingnan Institute of Technology,Grade 2020,were divided into experimental group(296 students from Class 1 to Class 6)and control group(289 students from Class 7 to Class 12).The experimental group entered the GMP simulation workshop to carry out the"1+X"certificate course reform teaching,while the control group continued to carry out the education in the training room according to the traditional teaching method.The final scores of the two groups were compared.Results Through the project practice form of"production project as the carrier,three links to guide and promote",the curriculum system of vocational skills training for pharmaceutical production posts was constructed.The passing rate of the first batch of intermediate certification of pharmaceutical preparation production vocational skills was 100%,the final total score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the number of"Pass with Merit"grades of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the number of"Fail"grades of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The"1+X"certificate teaching reform enablesstudents to enhance their skills in GMP simulation workshop,effectively improve their overall evaluation scores,and promote the comprehensive integration of job requirements and certificate content with course teaching.关键词
