摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effects of scene simulation teaching integrating thinking maps on critical thinking skills of higher vocational nursing students.Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select students from two second-year classes of nursing students from Huizhou Health Sciences Polytechnic.One class was considered as the experimental group(51 students),while the other class was regarded as the control group(52 students).During the Critical Care Nursing course,the experimental group received scenario simulation teaching integrated with the thinking maps,whereas the control group received the conventional scenario simulation teaching.The Critical Thinking Ability Inventory(CTDI-CV)was used to evaluate the critical thinking skills of both groups before and after the intervention.Results Upon completion of the course,students in the experimental group,the scores of analytical ability,systematization capacity,self-confidence of critical thinking,maturity of judgement and the overall CTDI-CV score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Situational simulation teaching integrating thinking maps can improve the critical thinking skills of higher vocational nursing students.关键词
