基于协同一体化护理模式的多单穿刺术在血液透析患者内瘘中的应用
Application of multiple single cannulation technique in internal fistula of hemodialysis patients based on collaborative integrated nursing model
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effect of multiple single cannulation technique based on collaborative integrated nursing model in the treatment of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.Methods A total of 97 patients who regularly underwent maintenance hemodialysis in Nanjing Gaochun People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method.The patients of the experimental group received multiple single cannulation technique combined with potato wet compress based on integrated nursing mode.The ones of the control group received routine nursing care.The complications of internal fistula,the degree of puncture pain and the success rate of one-time puncture were observed in the two groups through nursing intervention for one year.Results The degree of pain,the point of puncture ligature time,KT/V,intimal hyperplasia and whether internal fistula stenosis dilatation in experimental group were better than those in control group(P values were 0.000 1,0.000 1,0.000 1,0.033,0.029,respectively).There were no difference in the incidence of puncture site infection and the success rate of one-time puncture(P＞0.05).Conclusions Multiple single cannulation technique based on collaborative integrated nursing mode has obvious advantages over the traditional methods,and is clinically operable,worthy of popularization and application.关键词
