Research Progress on Reshaping Process of Large-diameter Longitudinal Submerged-arc Welded Pipes
摘要
Abstract
Large-diameter longitudinal submerged-arc welded(LSAW)pipes have become the mainstream of oil and gas main pipeline pipes,as well as subsea pipelines in harsh cold regions or deep-sea environments.Reshaping process is a finishing process in the production of LSAW pipes,which directly determining their dimensional accuracy and significantly impacting their service performance.The research progress on rounding,straightening,and composite straightening processes for large diameter longitudinal submerged-arc welded pipes are summarized.The problems and future development directions of different reshaping processes are pointed out in order to provide technical references for researchers and manufacturers of oil and gas pipelines.关键词
