Abstract
By analyzing the mechanical structure,variable pump,cylinder and downward pressure system of the JCO forming machine for submerged arc welded straight seam pipes,as well as the control principle.The AMEsim software was used to establish a mathematical model of the variable frequency drive controlling the multi-variable pump and simulated the downward pressure action of multiple cylinders.Results show that the simulated data was verified and validated by analyzing the data collected by the PDA system on site,proving the correctness and reliability of the simulation data.Proposed optimizing the parameters of the variable frequency motor and variable speed pump control,providing a way to achieve precise synchronization of multiple cylinders and optimize the main cylinder control system.关键词
