织物剪切对盔壳复合材料弯曲性能的影响研究OA

飞行员头盔的佩戴和摘下都需要盔壳在弹性范围内发生一定的变形,通过工艺设计合理调整壳体刚度可提高头盔舒适性.本文研究了纬编双轴向织物的剪切变形对其增强的复合材料板材弯曲性能的影响.采用划区域方法研究了织物在头盔不同位置的变形情况,通过万能材料试验机和超景深显微镜对复合材料的力学性能及损伤形貌进行表征.结果表明,复合材料的弯曲刚度受剪切变形影响较大,随剪切角增大表现为先上升后下降再升高的趋势.复合材料的弯曲强度受剪切变形影响较小,当剪切角为20°~3…查看全部>>
