对并列双座战机后弹射乘员受到先弹射座椅火箭包尾流场的冲击效应进行分析,可为后弹射乘员安全防护研究提供重要参考.本文以并列双座战机弹射座椅火箭包尾焰流场为研究对象,针对尾流场与飞机机舱在非稳态分离过程中复杂的多场交互问题进行研究,涉及火箭包尾焰射流在机舱受限空间内发展过程中的冲击、燃烧问题.基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,建立了弹射过程中包含人-椅系统、机舱等运动边界的火箭包燃气流场数学物理模型,采用有限体积法进行数值离散,建立火箭包尾流场三维数值计算模型.分析先弹射乘员座椅火箭包尾流与机舱、座椅的相互作用,探究高温燃气流场速度、温度和压力等参数分布特性,并研究弹射过程中尾流对后弹射乘员的冲击效应,得到乘员身体表面压力、温度变化规律,研究结果在并列双座弹射系统中后弹射乘员防护设计中具有重要意义.

In order to provide important reference for research on the safety protection of the later ejeted pilot,an analysis was conducted on the impact on the wake field of the seat rocket package of a parallel twin seater fighter jet on the pilot later ejected.The complex multi-field interaction between the wake field and the aircraft cabin during the unsteady separation process is studied in this paper,which involves the impact and combustion of the rocket bag tail flame jet in the confined space of the cabin.In this paper,the complex multi-field interaction between the jet flow field and the aircraft cabin during the unsteady separation process is studied.The impact and combustion of the jet flow in the confined space of the aircraft cabin are involved.Based on computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,a mathematical and physical model of the gas flow field of a rocket pack containing the moving boundaries of man-chair system and nacelle during ejection is established.This paper analyzes the interaction between the tail flame of the rocket package of the seat of the first ejection occupant,the cabin and the seat,explores the distribution characteristics of parameters such as velocity,temperature and pressure of the high temperature gas flow field,and studies the impact effect of the tail flame gas flow on the later ejected crew occupant during the ejection process,and obtains the variation rules of the pressure and temperature of the pilot's body surface.The research results are of great significance in the later ejected pilot occupant protection design of parallel two-seat ejection system.
