摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the construction quality of large volume concrete for bridge caps,this paper takes a bridge project in Guizhou as an example to optimize the mix ratio of large volume concrete,propose and monitor the temperature control measures for large volume cap con-crete construction,and verify the effect of temperature control measures during concrete construction.The results show that the adiabatic tem-perature rise of concrete increases with the increase of cement content.The adiabatic temperature rise of medium heat cement concrete is lower than that of ordinary cement.The heat reduction effect of the concrete mixed with fly ash is better than that of the slag concrete.The cement type used in the concrete with the best cooling effect is medium heat cement,the additive type is fly ash,and the content is 60%.After con-crete pouring,all the monitoring indexes of temperature data did not exceed the warning value,which confirmed that the method of laying cold water pipe has a good cooling effect on concrete.
