Abstract

Based on the Jinan Yellow River shield tunnel project,this paper calculates the minimum required air volume under various working conditions of large-diameter slurry balance shield tunnel according to relevant specifications and health standards,and designs the ventilation mode and equipment selection according to the maximum required air volume and air pressure.The calculation results show that the required air volume calculated according to the dust exhaust wind speed is the maximum required air volume of the shield tunnel,the size is 2 730 m3/min,and the maximum air pressure is 4 350 Pa.Using a single air duct with a diameter of 2 m can meet the on-site ventilation requirements.The re-search results can provide some reference value for similar projects.
