Abstract
Taking a water conservancy project as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of quota,material price and design change in the design scheme on the cost of water conservancy and hydropower project.The results show that the unit project cost calculated by the original scheme is 2 215.5 yuan,and the unit project cost calculated by the new norm is 2 293.4 yuan,which is 3.4%higher than that by the old norm.The unit project cost calculated by the new material price is 2 358.1 yuan,which is 6.5%higher than that by the old quota;The unit project cost calculated by the new design scheme is 2 686.7 yuan,which is 21.2%lower than that by the old design scheme.Under all condi-tions,the cost of concrete works accounts for the largest proportion,and the cost of earthmoving works accounts for the smallest proportion.Af-ter adjusting the calculation standard,material price and design scheme,the cost proportion of earthmoving and concrete works has decreased,while that of stone and masonry works has increased.关键词
