摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of big data and technology-driven industrial upgrading,corporate development inevitably puts forward higher and newer requirements for the key productivity factor of human resources.How to better leverage human resource management to shift from quantitative growth to efficiency improvement and achieve effective development of new quality productivity is an urgent issue at present.This paper conducts a literature review of the concept,measurement methods,and models of human resource efficiency,evaluates the current state of research on human resource efficiency,and proposes future research directions and approaches.关键词
