政府工程集中管理制下的设计管理研究
A Study of Design Management under the Centralized Management System of Government Projects
摘要
Abstract
Under the centralized management system of government projects,design management is a crucial linkina wholeconstruction project.Design management involves the core characteristics of the construction management institutions of government projects and government design management.Meanwhile,design management alsoconsists of several parts such as project demand analysis,design organization management,and design investment control,which are directly related to the functionality,quality,and costs of construction projects.Through research on design management under the centralized management system of government projects,this paper proposed optimization strategies for design management,providing some reference for the design management of government construction projects.关键词
