Abstract
While the construction industry faces a downturn and projects become more stringent,the engineering general contracting sector is defying the odds through the implementation of policies,market demands,and enterprise strategies.Within the engineering general contracting model,the directions,methods,and approaches for project investment control have evolved significantly at various stages.This study offers a concise analysis of project investment control under the engineering general contracting model,focusing on the perspectives of both the construction unit and the engineering general contracting unit.关键词
