Abstract
Construction engineering general contracting projects under the consortium EPC model face numerous risk factors.Leveraging practical experience in engineering management and adopting the viewpoint of the consortium contracting party,this article explores the commercial management of such projects.It examines the risks linked to project bidding,legal aspects of general contracting contracts,and project fund control,proposing tailored control measures for different risk types.By implementing these refined risk control measures derived from practical experience,common risk points in the initial stages of project market development and commercial execution can be effectively mitigated.关键词
