天水地区EPC总承包项目风险分析与对策研究
Risk Analysis and Mitigation Strategies for EPC General Contracting Projects in Tianshui Region

Abstract
Tianshui,a key city in Northwest China,has made significant strides in infrastructure development through the adoption of EPC general contracting.However,these projects are susceptible to various risks including policy fluctuations,financial constraints,technical challenges,and environmental factors.This study conducts a comprehensive analysis of the risks associated with EPC general contracting projects in the Tianshui region,identifies critical risk elements,and proposes corresponding mitigation strategies.The research underscores that uncertainties in policies,funding liquidity risks,technical and managerial challenges,and environmental factors pose significant threats to the success of EPC projects.To address these risks,the paper puts forward a range of effective countermeasures,encompassing policy monitoring and response mechanisms,financial management and financing solutions,technology innovation and training initiatives,and proactive monitoring of construction environments coupled with emergency preparedness plans.Implementation of these measures can effectively reduce risks associated with EPC general contracting projects,thereby elevating project success rates and benefits,and offering robust support for infrastructure development in the Tianshui region.关键词
