醋酸泼尼松龙注射液局部封闭治疗OLP的安全性评估
Safety evaluation of prednisolone acetate injection in local blocking treatment of oral lichen planus

Abstract
Objective:To detect fasting blood glucose,blood pressure,blood routine,blood lipid,liver and kidney function and electrolyte in patients with oral lichen planus(OLP)before and after local blocking treatment with prednisolone acetate injection,and to evaluate the safety of local blocking treatment with prednisolone acetate injection for OLP.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the newly diagnosed OLP patients were collected.The patients were partially blocked with prednisolone acetate injection:3 mL(about 0.0375 g of prednisolone acetate injection)was mixed with 2%lidocaine hydrochloride injection in 1∶1,and all of them were injected into the submucosa around the hyperemic and sep-tic surface of OLP at 5～8 injection points.Fasting blood sugar,blood pressure and heart rate were recorded before treatment and for 7 consecutive days after treatment,and blood routine,blood lipid,liver function,renal function and electrolyte were checked before treatment and on the seventh day,and visual analogue scale(VAS)and reticular erosive and ulcerative lesion(REU)scores were also recorded.Results:The fasting blood glucose of OLP patients after local blocking treatment with prednisolone acetate injection was higher than that before treatment,but only on the first day after treatment was the fasting blood glucose higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure,blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrolyte results showed no obvious fluctuation compared with those before treatment,and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the high-density lipoprotein(HDL)in patients'blood lipid was higher than that before treatment,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of VAS and REU scores showed that the degree of pain and the scope of lesion were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion:Under the premise of reasonable dose control,prednisolone acetate injection was effective in the local occlusion treatment of OLP,and had no significant effect on blood pressure,blood routine,liver and kidney function,and electrolytes,but the pa-tient's fasting blood glucose on the first day and HDL on the seventh day increased to varying degrees after treatment.关键词
