Abstract
The all-round development of new quality productive forces is the core of achieving high-quality devel-opment.In the era of digital intelligence,big data and intelligent technology are widely used in various fields,while the application of digital twin technology in the water conservancy and hydropower industry can effective-ly realize the intelligent development and promote the high-quality development of hydropower,which is also the main path of development at present.It makes important value and role to explore the development frame-work of the new quality productive forces of hydropower,understand the digital twin hydropower and develop-ment technology,and explore the optimization path based on the construction,key initiatives,standard system and framework system.关键词
