杨房沟水电站是国内首个采用EPC模式建设的百万千瓦级大型水电站工程,渗控系统是拱坝设计和施工的重点.杨房沟水电站拱坝坝基工程地质和水文地质条件复杂,拱坝运行工况复杂,帷幕防渗设计技术与质量标准要求高,其实施效果直接影响拱坝基础渗透稳定、变形稳定及抗滑稳定.渗控工程技术的实施,结果表明渗流工程运行情况正常,且运行良好,为以后类似工程施工提供借鉴.
