Abstract
Taking the vibration and abnormal noise of the tailwater pipe of the hydro-turbine generator units un-der a specific working condition,this paper analyzes the problem from the mechanical,electrical and waterpow-er aspects by collecting data.The results show that the uneven and asymmetric clearance of the sealing ring of the runner and the vortex belt in the tailwater pipe forms the main reason for water body resonance.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes to adopt the method of forced air supply in the tailwater pipe,and program the automatic air supply according to the load,water head and draft water level of the unit,so as to e-liminate the vibration and abnormal noise under specific working conditions and ensure the stable operation of units.关键词
