摘要

Abstract

This article compares and analyzes the main material indicators,furnace construction,and other technical data of a 500KA graphite cathode electrolysis cell and a GS-5(50%high graphite cathode)electrolysis cell in a certain factory,reflecting the excellent physical and chemical performance indicators of graphite cathodes.Combined with the technical data of the roasting,start-up,and initial operation of a graphite cathode electrolysis cell in a certain factory,key parameters are discussed,and the advantages and energy-saving potential of graphite cathode electrolysis cells are obtained.
