Currently,magnesium-aluminum alloy is one of the most widely used casting materials globally,but its performance is relatively poor due to some inherent characteristics.At the current stage,optimizing the casting process of magnesium-aluminum alloy components and studying their corrosion resistance is particularly crucial.Based on this,this article explains in detail the casting process of magnesium-aluminum alloy components and conducts in-depth research on specific casting technology optimization and corrosion resistance.Through detailed data analysis of magnesium-aluminum alloy components,it can be concluded that the optimized casting technology for magnesium-aluminum alloy can significantly improve its performance.
