Abstract
Based on the difficult construction and poor stability of the surrounding rock in the crusher chamber of a certain copper mine,a combined support of circular pipe support,anchor rod,and sheet pile wall is adopted.A two-dimensional finite element numerical model is established using MIDAS/GTS to analyze the feasibility of the combined support of circular pipe support,anchor rod,and sheet pile wall in the construction of the chamber slope.Research has shown that the deformation and overall stability of the enclosure structure meet the requirements of relevant regulations,and it is safe and reliable as a whole.Under the action of unbalanced soil pressure,the maximum displacement of the enclosure structure is located at 2/3 of the bottom of the pit supported by the lowest steel pipe.When the tunnel slope is excavated to the bottom of the tunnel in the later stage,the tunnel structure should be immediately constructed to reduce the exposure time of the tunnel slope.Provide reference for the design and construction of similar copper mine crusher chamber slopes.关键词
