摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the grade and recovery of porphyry copper-molybdenum ore and reduce the impact of mineral processing on the environment,the ore properties and beneficiation process optimization methods of porphyry copper-molybdenum ore were studied.The mineral composition and chemical composition of Qulong Copper mine are analyzed,the quality and value of the ore are judged,and a reasonable beneficiation method is designed in view of the shortcomings of the previous beneficiation process.Using lime,kerosene,mixed oil,BK340 and other materials as flotation agents,through grinding process optimization,flotation process optimization and concentrate dehydration,packaging process optimization,improve the quality of beneficiation,so that the grade and recovery of copper concentrate and molybdenum concentrate have been significantly improved,so as to achieve good beneficiation effect.
