Analysis and Reflection on Repowering and Decommissioning of Wind Farms
我国早期投运的风电场已进入运营后期,面临安全稳定性差、运行效率下降、运维成本高等问题.风电场改造升级有助于充分利用优质资源,有助于推动新技术新材料应用,切实推动行业提质增效.现阶段陆上风电场改造升级需求强劲,通过建立预测边界条件,提出风电场改造升级和退役市场预测方法和结果.并结合已建风电场典型案例,针对整场等容、整场增容、部分等容、更换机头等 4 种改造升级方式进行了测算和比选.同时分析了目前改造升级所面临的挑战,提出了为有序推动风电场改造升级和退役行业发展的有关建议.
The wind farms put into operation in the early stage of wind energy development in China have entered the later stage of operation,facing the problems of poor safety and stability,declining operation efficiency,and higher operation and maintenance costs.The repowering of these wind farms helps to make full use of high-quality wind resources,promote the application of new technologies and new materials,and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the industry.At present,the demand for the renovation and upgrading of onshore wind farms is strong.By establishing forecast boundary conditions,the prediction methods and results of repowering and decommissioning of wind farms are proposed.Combined with the typical cases of the built wind farms,the calculation and comparison of four upgrading methods are carried out for the capacity-alike repowering,the capacity-added repowering,the partial repowering and the hub renovation.At the same time,the challenges faced by current renovation and upgrading are analyzed,and the relevant suggestions are put forward to orderly promote the renovation,upgrading and decommissioning of wind farms.
