Abstract
The wind farms put into operation in the early stage of wind energy development in China have entered the later stage of operation,facing the problems of poor safety and stability,declining operation efficiency,and higher operation and maintenance costs.The repowering of these wind farms helps to make full use of high-quality wind resources,promote the application of new technologies and new materials,and effectively improve the quality and efficiency of the industry.At present,the demand for the renovation and upgrading of onshore wind farms is strong.By establishing forecast boundary conditions,the prediction methods and results of repowering and decommissioning of wind farms are proposed.Combined with the typical cases of the built wind farms,the calculation and comparison of four upgrading methods are carried out for the capacity-alike repowering,the capacity-added repowering,the partial repowering and the hub renovation.At the same time,the challenges faced by current renovation and upgrading are analyzed,and the relevant suggestions are put forward to orderly promote the renovation,upgrading and decommissioning of wind farms.关键词
