利用已建水库建设抽水蓄能电站装机容量选择研究——以泸西抽水蓄能电站开发为例OACSTPCD
Study on the Installed Capacity Selection of Pumped-storage Using Existing Reservoirs:Taking the Development of Luxi Pumped-storage Power Station as an Example
利用已建水库建设抽水蓄能,在电力系统空间充足且项目技术经济可行的情况下,充分利用已有水库有利条件选择较大的装机容量,可减少电力系统整体投资,节约国土资源和生态空间,但也面临一些关键技术和利益协调问题需重点关注.以泸西抽水蓄能电站为研究对象,提出了利用已建水库、库盆地形地质条件好的抽水蓄能电站装机容量论证思路及关键影响因素,总结形成了相关设计要点及建议.该研究成果可供其他类似工程设计借鉴.
Under the conditions that the power system space is sufficient and the project is technically and economically feasible,making full use of existing reservoir to increase the installed capacity of pumped-storage power station can effectively reduce the overall investment of power system and save land resources and ecological space,but it also faces some key technology and interest coordination problems that need to be paid attention to.Taking Luxi Pumped-storage Power Station as the research object,this paper puts forward the demonstration idea and key influencing factors of the installed capacity selection of pumped-storage power station by using existing reservoir with good topographic and geological conditions,and summarizes the relevant key design points and suggestions.The research results can be used as reference for the design of other similar engineering.
