Abstract
China's water conservancy and hydropower enterprises continue to face the challenge of lagging hydropower standards despite being a major player in the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects.From the perspective of promoting China's"One Belt,One Road"strategy,establishing China's right to speak and enhancing China's modernization,a theory for evaluating the social integration process of immigrants in water conservancy and hydropower projects is presented,and the overall framework,process evaluation result evaluation of the theory are explained.The evaluation process can be divided into three periods of planning,placement and later support.The outcome evaluation is divided into three aspects of environmental adaptation,population development and cultural integration.Taking the Three Gorges Project as an example,the science,rationality and feasibility of the presented assessment theory are preliminarily tested.In the future,the researches on the resettlement of water conservancy and hydropower projects should expand the application scope of the full process assessment,and pay sufficient attention to the problem of social restructuring,for striving to build an assessment system with Chinese characteristics.关键词
