金针菇菌糠对三黄鸡生长性能、血清生化指标、免疫器官指数及回肠形态的影响
Effects of Flammulina velutipes bran on growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immune organ index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Flammulina velutipes bran supplementation on the growth performance,serum biochemical indices,immune organ index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens.A total of 192 one-day-old healthy Sanhuang chickens(half male and half female)with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and eight chickens per replicate.Chickens in the control group were fed a basal diet,and chickens in experimental groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 2％,5％,and 7％Flammulina velutipes bran,respectively.The experiment lasted for 48 days.The results showed that the Flammulina velutipes bran had no significant effects on growth performance,spleen index,and ileum morphology of Sanhuang chickens(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,7％of the Flammulina velutipes bran could increase bursa index of Fabricius(P＜0.05),increase the levels of albumin and high density lipoprotein cholesterol in serum(P＜0.05),and decrease the levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol,urea nitrogen,cholesterol and triglyceride(P＜0.05).The results show that feeding Flammulina velutipes bran has no effect on growth performance and ileal morphology of Sanhuang chickens,adding 7％Flammulina velutipes bran can improve immune organ index,serum lipid metabolism and protein metabolism.关键词
