Research progress on growth and development of pig muscle fiber and its influencing factors
摘要
Abstract
The characteristics of muscle fibers have a significant impact on the yield and quality of pork.The growth and development of muscle fibers are influenced by factors such as genetics,nutrition,and signaling pathways.These factors can affect the characteristics of muscle fibers by regulating the expression of genes like myosin heavy chain(MyHC),improving muscle fiber growth,thereby helping to enhance the quality and yield of pork.In this paper,the development process of pig muscle fiber,the regulation pathway of growth and development and the factors affecting the growth and development of pig muscle fiber were discussed.The aim is to provide a reference for promoting the growth and development of pig muscle fibers.关键词
