森林生态系统中木腐真菌功能性状研究进展OA北大核心CSTPCD

Research progress on functional traits of wood-decaying fungi in forest ecosystem

木腐真菌作为木材分解的主要类群,物种极为丰富,影响和调节着全球森林生态系统中的养分循环、土壤形成和碳收支等关键生态过程.功能性状能够反映生物对生境的响应和适应,能有效联系物种个体特征与环境变化,提高对物种功能性状的认识有助于揭示物种共存的机制.本文回顾了木腐真菌功能性状研究的发展历程,总结了近年来基于木腐真菌功能性状研究的科学问题,包括木腐真菌在传播、扩散和定殖的性状特征,菌丝生长与获取营养物质的功能性状,真菌群落多样性的形成机制及其功能类群,木腐真菌降解倒木过程中的多种酶及相关酶基因特征,并介绍了目前木腐真菌研究通用的功能性状指标与测定方法.尽管上述研究对于了解木腐真菌的功能性状已有了长足进步,但由于真菌种类繁多、性状多样,目前对真菌功能性状的研究并不系统深入.提高对木腐真菌物种功能性状作用的认识,包括木腐真菌物种共存、群落构建及生物多样性维持等,可以加深对真菌群落功能机制性的了解.

As the main group involved in wood decomposition,species richness of wood-decaying fungi is extremely high.They affect and regulate key ecological processes in global forest ecosystems,including nutrient cycling,soil formation and carbon budget.Functional traits reflect the response and adaptation of organisms to habitats,and can effectively link characteristics of individuals with environmental changes.Knowledge of functional traits can provide mechanistic insights into species coexistence.Here,we review key research progress on functional traits of wood-decaying fungi.The main topics of this area are as follows:the traits of wood-decaying fungi in propagation,spread and colonization,the functional traits of hyphal growth and nutrient acquisition,the formation mechanism and func-tional groups of fungal community diversity,and the characteristics of various enzymes and related enzyme genes during wood degradation.We introduce the commonly used functional trait indicators and measurement methods.Although previous studies have made significant progress in understanding the functional traits of wood-decaying fungi,our knowledge on fungal functional traits is not systematic and in-depth due to the abundant species and diverse traits of fungi.Uncovering the role of functional traits of wood-decaying fungal species in species coexis-tence,community assembly,and biodiversity maintenance,can deepen the understanding of fungal community functional mechanism.
